Directions via M5 as follows:

 

• exit at Junction 30, at roundabout take the A376 signposted Exmouth and Sidmouth;
• Livermore Farm is about 5 miles (10 minutes) from the motorway;
• at the next roundabout take the A3052 towards Sidmouth;
• you will pass West Point Exhibition Centre on your left and then the White Horse pub on your right;
• when you get to the Esso Garage (sells TVR sports cars) turn left towards Aylesbeare;
• the road sweeps around to the right for 400 yds, passed a willow tree on the left verge;
• at a small cross roads (Madges Cross), 150 yards passed the willow,  turn right, signposted Exmouth and you will see our farmhouse immediately on the left at the end of a gravel drive.

Directions from the A30 as follows:

 

• take the A30 from Honiton towards Exeter;
• Livermore Farm is about 3 miles from the A30;
• leave the A30 at Daisy Mount, and take the B3180 sign-posted Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Aylesbeare;
• ignore the first turning to Aylesbeare at Tipton Cross and continue on the 3180;
• after about 2.5 miles you will see a sign for Aylesbeare 1mile on your right, in a S bend;
• turn right and follow the road towards the village;
• pass a cottage at the side of the road and turn left about 200 yds, at cross roads (Madges Cross) sign-posted Exmouth;
• Livermore Farm is the first on the left up a gravel drive.
