Located in an idyllic rural setting the 18^th century farmhouse has fantastic views over the city of Exeter and Dartmoor beyond. The house has many traditional features and truly authentic farmhouse character ideal for bed breakfast in Exeter. The farm supports a working competition livery yard with horses and riders exercising in the all weather arena and jumping field in front of the house. You may also see the farrier working in the yard.

Location

Located only 4 miles from junction 30 of the M5, 3 miles from Exeter Intenational Airport and 3 miles from the A30 Livermore Farm is ideally located for bed breakfast and easy access to Exeter as well as all parts of Devon. The Westpoint Exhibition Centre, Met Office, Bicton Arena, Exeter International Airport, Crealy Adventure Park, Exeter Chief's Rugby Club and Woodbury Park Golf Club are only minutes away.

We often have parents stay for bed and breakfast who are visiting their children at Exeter University.
